Ashley Lopez joined CASE in June, 2008. She recently completed her BA in Psychology. Ashley hails from North County and we are pleased to have someone with the energy and the desire to work with our wonderful friends.
Ashley grew up all over the U.S., thanks to her dad being a Marine, but she finally landed in San Diego when she was 10 years old, and has lived here ever since. After attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for two and a half years, she returned home to finish her bachelor's in Psychology and get back to the "SoCal" life. She has worked with kids in various jobs, such as running the art program at the San Marcos Boys and Girls Club, being a nanny, and being a care-taker for a developmentally and physically disabled child while in San Luis Obispo. She loves to be around children and plans to go back to school to obtain her Master's degree in either family and marriage counseling or an aspect of child psychology. She considers working with children to be the most rewarding work she's ever done, and hopes to be able to stay in that field for the rest of her career.
In her spare time, Ashley loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dog, Kiwi. She is attempting to master the guitar, and also loves to scrapbook and read. She and her husband are avid movie watchers, and huge football fans!
