In the world of autism there seems to be two camps. Those who celebrate the individuals that we are lucky enough to work with by translating and facilitating in social settings and those that want to treat with a biomedical model. CASE is definitely in the first camp.
I am proud to have begun posting on some sites within the Autism Hub. There is one specific site I like to blog on. One Dads Opinion webpage at click here to go to Onedadsopinion.com is in line with our beliefs at CASE, Inc.
I have finally found a positive media report about autism and bloggers from the Autism Hub are featured. Please check out the ABC news article from Good Morning America click here to view the article.

He inspires in me two sentiments:
Tenderness for what he is,
And respect for what he may become."

Luke Bitton joined C.A.S.E., Inc. in 2007 with a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He co-leads Friends' Club, provides ABA Intervention, and Social Coaches. Dana Negus-Tovar has a B.A. in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Human Development. During her sophomore year of college a friend of hers told her about a school for children with special needs in Vista called California Avenue School. She researched it and found that it had a great Autism department. It was there that she began working as a senior ABA therapist. After almost five years in a school setting, she decided to join C.A.S.E. Inc. as a Behavioral Consultant.
Dana enjoys the joy and challenge that is present in working with children on the spectrum. She feels that giving these children the skills to communicate wether with words or not and to be independent helps them to appreciate the world around them.
When Dana is not working she enjoys playing pool with her husband, Marty, relaxing with close friends, and spending time with her family.
